Strategy
1. Design, develop and deliver an attractive educational, entertaining and interactive mobile show addressing Bird Flu issues, awareness and messages etc. Emphasis is given on a well packaged set of materials.
2. Produce a community–friendly activity ie: “Let’s all get together to promote the prevention of Bird Flu”
3. Produce different forms of audio and print–visual promotions to advertise the event’s location, date, and time — at least two weeks before the actual show takes place — among as many communities as possible.
4. Organize and conduct the show in identified communities of the four project provinces.
5. Display and distribute IEC materials to as larger audience as possible. Expected audience per night is 5000 people – ideally, the show can reach 12000 and more!
6. Produce a documentary video to explain the process and to increase use interactive video locally.
7. Produce interactive quiz games to ensure audience participation, and offer the audience gifts to participants of the quiz shows off and on stage.
8. Identify and coordinate with local TV and radio stations to promote and report on the mobile shows on local radios and through the national information broadcast news.
9. Design and develop a systematic monitoring tool that collects valid and reliable data on the project outputs.
10. Produce a final report that consolidates the feedback and data and evaluates the show.
