Research

A specially trained media research team works with project partners and target audiences to define communication strategies and to evaluate the impact of projects. This research team is one of the few specialized teams in the country for media audience research and communications. It conducts both qualitative and quantitative surveys, provides reports on the strategies and use of IEC or BCC materials. This team ensures that all the products we help release are useful, well targeted, pre-tested and evaluated. With this team, the key partners, target group beneficiaries and supporting agencies participate in the productions to further increase the effectiveness of the educational tools produced.

TV/Video

Since 1995 Action IEC produces documentaries, fiction drama films, spots and many other TV and Video products. Some productions were broadcast at international film festivals and international forums. The most important productions, like ‘Man in the Rain’ or ‘Crossing the River’ , ‘ More value than gold’ , ‘Blood and Life’ …have received international support. Action also supports international teams for shooting and editing. Action is equipped with Betacam SP equipment (for shooting and editing) but also works with digital Equipment (DV – Avid – Protools).
